What We Do

Living in the Pacific Northwest, an attention to the natural world has been instilled in our crew from the beginning. We have seen the physical changes in our environment, unfortunately many of these changes have not been for the better, so we wanted to find a way to help and so began Microfauna LLC. Through research our team found that conventional fertilizers are a major pollutant affecting our keystone species in the Pacific North West, Salmon and Steelhead. Our company aims to bring awareness to environmentally conscious pesticide and fertilizer applications through compost teas and other solutions that add to the overall health of your soil, building a base of microorganisms that will naturally feed your gardens without leaching excess nutrients into our waterways.

Our Mission

Our team encourages soil health with a holistic approach using natural ingredients. Most often applying a compost tea inoculated with millions of microorganisms specified toward creating a healthy soil biome. Healthy soils help plants take advantage of available nutrients as well as creating mutually beneficial relationships with fungi and other microorganisms that help plants fight diseases and encourage vigorous growth.
